Well done! Olivier! Reminds me to have a chat with Peter as promised.
Yet again we see the power of entropy in the DNS at work. But more
intriguing is the hints you seem to be getting of growing population of
black networks developing (behind Carrier Grade NAT and National Grade
NATs). Possibly also in the case of China in IPv6 as well as IPv4. That
deserves another look.

Will you want to make a news release? If so might be worth seeing if the
chapter support people in Geneva can help with circulation?
